Appearance: William stands at 5'8ft tall and weighs a very light 140lbs. Green eyed usualy seen with a happy blank expression. Long blonde hair, falls to about his lower back. Refuses to let anyone cut it for him. Pale skinned and slender build. Half french and Half Danish. Can speak without an accent. Dont let him fool you, he's stronger than he looks. He usualy dressed in loose tops but tight bottoms.
Mental Illnesses: Confirmed Sociopath/Psychopath: In the 1830's this disorder was called "moral insanity." By 1900 it was changed to "psychopathic personality." More recently it has been termed "antisocial personality disorder" in the DSM-III and DSM-IV. Some critics have complained that, in the attempt to rely only on 'objective' criteria, the DSM has broadened the concept to include too many individuals. The APD category includes people who commit illegal, immoral or self-serving acts for a variety of reasons and are not necessarily psychopaths.

Antisocial personality disorder is characterized by a lack of regard for the moral or legal standards in the local culture. There is a marked inability to get along with others or abide by societal rules. Individuals with this disorder are sometimes called psychopaths or sociopaths
Personality: Usualy charming, regards the world with a smile some may call eerie. Appears to be laid back most of the time but has been prone to sudden violent outbursts to which he has to be restrained and heavly medicated. Likes to sing old tunes from his homeland Denmark. Seemingly happy most of the time. When angered he is best kept away from other Patients as he is prone to violent, irrational outbursts. Displays Sophisticated behavior. Likes classical mussic, wine and reading large novels as well as writing.
He looks at his illness as if he didn't have one. He believes himself sane and others, like the doctors who keep him here, to be the insane ones.
Biography: William de Marr was born in Copenhagen, Denmark. The first born and only male child. He had one younger sister who was an ill child since birth. His father passed away when he was only three, leaving him the only male in his family. His first account of violence was at age ten. Robbers attacked his home at night and dragged his mother, his sister and himself out into the snow. It was said that they raped his mother while him and his sister had to watch. No one is sure what exsactly happened that night but the police found young william covored in blood and weilding a axe. The two robbers were in peices, his mother dead by a single gunshot wound to the temple and his sister...well...she looked like she had been eatten. The police at the time, blamed wolves. Later it came to be known that William, may have been eatting his sister's flesh. Any questions about the tipoc, he answers with a smile and nothing more. He was sentenced to a Juvenile delinquent facility. When he turned eighteen he was considered sane enough for the public and was released. He went on to get a doctors degree in surgery and was known by his co-workers for his "somewhat essentric yet optimist outlook. Little did his co-workers or anyone else know, Mr. de Marr was chraming his patients and luring them to his country home, where he would torture, kill and sometimes eat his victims. He was caught at age 26, when one of his victims managed to escape from him and make it into custody before dying from injuries.He was condemed to a life sentence in Abattor, getting away from prison on an insanity plea.
