Appearance: Akiye is approximately 5'2" and around 105 pounds. She has long, dark, curly hair and pale blue eyes. Thanks to an intense fear of the outside world and hatred of the sun, she is quite pale. She is quite twitchy and tends to have the general demeanor of a small animal faced with a rather large and angry dog. Please disregard the numerous scars, it's best not to ask.
Mental Illnesses: Schizophrenia- extremely vivid hallucinations, conversations with thin air, persistent belief in precognition. Paranoia- insistence that the world is out to get her. Suicidal tendencies. Possible agoraphobia (unconfirmed, could be result of schizophrenia)
Personality: An extremely shy and paranoid girl who prefers not to talk to anyone if necessary. Has a tendency to become completely unresponsive for days at a time, followed by horrible fits of shrieking, suicide attempts, and ranting. The contents of these rants suggest that she believes that she has precognition, the ability to see future events (obviously, these events are not happy ones), as well as the ability to use magic. The only thing keeping her from finally committing suicide is music. She keeps many secrets.
Biography: Akiye has always been able to see future events, as well as practicing magic. She never had many friends, and as a result was able to stay in the outside world for many years. After several suicide attempts, was committed to a different hospital but escaped. Admitted to Abbattoir by a homeless shelter following yet another attempt. Her name was given only as "Akiye", with no indication as to where she came from or any relatives. Since entering the hospital, Akiye has become a little more social but scares other patients with her grim "predictions" and muttered rantings about magic. The few conversations she's had reveal a love of nature, a dependence on music, a general misanthropy, and a rather twisted sense of humor.
